THE APARTMENT
Outside, a residential neighbourhood in Milan. Inside, a quiet building in a strategic location outside Milan's congestion charge zone (Area C).
Free public street parking right outside. Step out and the tram is a few minutes away. Navigli, the city centre, Fondazione Prada. Everything within reach, no planning needed.
CHECK-IN IS PERMITTED FROM 3:00 PM TO 9:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT IS MANDATORY BY 10:00 AM.
THE SPACE
One open space, large enough for four without feeling crowded. The living area, kitchen and sleeping area share the same open layout. Natural light fills the room from large windows.
The kitchen is equipped to actually cook: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine. A round table for four sits at the centre of it all. The walk-in wardrobe is dedicated: shelves, hangers, room for everyone's luggage.
The bathroom is well-finished, with shower, bidet, heated towel rail and washing machine included.
CLEANING AND WELCOME KIT
Cleaning or linen changes are not available during your stay. We provide towels and bed linens based on the number of guests.
For the first day of your stay, we provide coffee pods, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, soap, shower gel, and shampoo.
GUEST INFORMATION
In accordance with Italian law, we ask all guests to complete the online check-in process on our website, which includes:
- Upload your ID card or passport for EU citizens;
- Upload your passport for non-EU citizens;
- Signing the tourist rental agreement;
- Payment of the tourist tax and, where applicable, the €2 revenue stamp.
RESIDENCE PERMITS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Online check-in must be completed no later than the day before check-in. SELF-CHECK-IN INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SENT IF THE ONLINE CHECK-IN IS NOT COMPLETE AND CORRECT.
Please notify us 36 hours in advance if you require twin beds.
For last-minute bookings, immediate check-in is not guaranteed.
Late check-in and check-out are not permitted.

Property can only be booked by private individuals, not companies. Reason: This is a Tourist Rental. The apartment is managed in the name and on behalf of the owner.
Renovation work is underway in some units within the building. There may be noise during daytime hours.
For amounts exceeding €77.47 a contribution of €2 per stamp duty is applied (in lieu of VAT, according to Italian law).
