THE APARTMENT
The apartment is located in a central position in a historic and large Milanese condominium. The Tram 24 stop is a two-minute walk away, an excellent means of getting around the city.

It is a nice studio apartment organized in a functional way for up to 2 people. Ideal for tourist stays of a few days.

CHECK-IN IS PERMITTED FROM 3:00 PM TO 9:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT IS MANDATORY BY 10:00 AM.

THE SPACE
The entrance door overlooks the living room and kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking and eating. There is an induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven (no oven) and coffee pod machine.

The furnishings have been studied down to the smallest detail so as not to give up precious space. Behind the sofa is a double fold-down bed that opens easily. During the day you can decide to close it to have more space.

There is a small wardrobe with hangers to store your clothes carefully.

The bathroom is located in front of the entrance door and has a sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle. Guests have at their disposal hand and body soap and shampoo.

CLEANING AND WELCOME KIT
Cleaning or linen changes are not available during your stay. We provide towels and bed linens based on the number of guests.

For the first day of your stay, we provide coffee pods, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, soap, shower gel, and shampoo.

GUEST INFORMATION
In accordance with Italian law, we ask all guests to complete the online check-in process on our website, which includes:
- Submitting a photo of their ID card or passport for EU citizens;
- Submitting a photo of their passport for non-EU citizens;
- Signing the tourist rental agreement;
- Payment of the tourist tax and, where applicable, the €2 revenue stamp.
RESIDENCE PERMITS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Online check-in must be completed no later than the day before check-in. SELF-CHECK-IN INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SENT IF THE ONLINE CHECK-IN IS NOT COMPLETE AND CORRECT.

Please notify us 36 hours in advance if you require twin beds.

Late check-in and check-out are not permitted.

OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Property can only be booked by private individuals, not companies. Reason: This is a Tourist Rental. The apartment is managed in the name and on behalf of the owner.

For amounts exceeding €77.47 a contribution of €2 per stamp duty is applied (in lieu of VAT, according to Italian law).
