THE APARTMENT
The quiet and strategic location of the apartment will allow you to visit the most desirable beaches which enjoy great international fame. Geographically it is located between the Gulf of Orosei and the Costa Smeralda, allowing you to visit and discover a new portion of Sardinia every day.

The variety of landscapes allows you to decide the type of activity that best suits you with the support of specific facilities in the area: water sports, routes and excursions etc.

Two free parking spaces available.

CHECK-IN IS PERMITTED FROM 3:00 PM TO 9:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT IS MANDATORY BY 10:00 AM.

THE SPACE
POOL OPENING 2025: 15 May - 30 September

Apartment furnished with a modern and functional style for travelers from all over the world, up to a maximum of 6 people. You will be able to use the swimming pool of the residential complex in the summer and two free reserved parking spaces.

You will enjoy a large private outdoor space to live and enjoy with family and friends. There is a corner sofa for aperitifs, brick barbecue with sink and an outdoor shower to rinse off after returning from the beach.

Far from the crowds and summer traffic in the center of San Teodoro.

CLEANING
Cleaning or linen changes are not available during your stay.

Linens may not be included and must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in (contact us to find out if they are included).

GUEST INFORMATION
In accordance with Italian law, we ask all guests to complete the online check-in process on our website, which includes:
- Submitting a photo of their ID card or passport for EU citizens;
- Submitting a photo of their passport for non-EU citizens;
- Signing the tourist rental agreement;
- Payment of the tourist tax and, where applicable, the €2 revenue stamp.
RESIDENCE PERMITS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Online check-in must be completed no later than the day before check-in. SELF-CHECK-IN INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SENT IF THE ONLINE CHECK-IN IS NOT COMPLETE AND CORRECT.

Please notify us 36 hours in advance if you require twin beds (surcharge applies).

Late check-in and check-out are not permitted.

OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Property can only be booked by private individuals, not companies. Reason: This is a Tourist Rental. The apartment is managed in the name and on behalf of the owner.

For amounts exceeding €77.47 a contribution of €2 per stamp duty is applied (in lieu of VAT, according to Italian law).
