THE VILLA
UNIQUE VILLA VARENNA is one of the very few detached villas in Varenna with private parking and access from the lakefront, no stairs or climbs: a rare privilege in a village short on space and parking.

Completely renovated in summer 2026, set over two levels with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for two couples or a family.

Air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms, equipped kitchen, two lake-view terraces and a private garden with 2 PARKING.

CHECK-IN IS PERMITTED FROM 3:00 PM TO 9:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT IS MANDATORY BY 10:00 AM.

THE SPACE
The house is set over two levels, connected by an internal staircase with a laminated glass balustrade: a design detail that becomes the signature of the living area.

Wifi with good speed for the area throughout. Porcelain floors, air-conditioning split units in the lounge and in both bedrooms.

GROUND FLOOR
The living area is one open-plan space that opens onto the private garden on the flat: a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, hood and fridge), a dining area and a lounge with sofa and Smart TV. On the same floor, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a clever under-stair storage designed to hold your luggage and keep the space clear.

FIRST FLOOR
The second double bedroom, the second bathroom and access to the double terrace.

Both bedrooms have a Smart TV and air conditioning. The two bathrooms: one with shower, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail; the other with bidet, toilet, washbasin, washer-dryer and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE
A practical, one-of-a-kind private garden with a parking space and the terrace for meals outdoors.

CLEANING
For the first day of your stay, we provide coffee pods, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, soap, shower gel, and shampoo.

For last-minute bookings, immediate check-in is not guaranteed.

Final cleaning and bed linens and towels for four guests are included. Additional cleaning is available upon request and subject to availability.

GUEST INFORMATION
In accordance with Italian law, we ask all guests to complete the online check-in process on our website, which includes:
- Submitting a photo of their ID card or passport for EU citizens;
- Submitting a photo of their passport for non-EU citizens;
- Payment of the tourist tax.

RESIDENCE PERMITS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Online check-in must be completed no later than the day before check-in. SELF-CHECK-IN INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SENT IF THE ONLINE CHECK-IN IS NOT COMPLETE AND CORRECT.

Late check-in and check-out are not permitted.
